Explosive materials are vacuum  and collected in containers, and mixed with inert liquids to make them non explosive.

vacuum unit

The vacuum suction is provided by a professional European and American safety certified single-phase brushless motor, with an independent control panel, the performance is safe and stable, it is completely maintenance-free, and can meet 24 hours of continuous operation. The electrical system adopts explosion-proof certified electric control switch. (protection IP65). The machine has a power indicator light to ensure the safe operation of the whole machine

filter unit

The filter is protected and installed in the upper tank, and the filter bag made of static-conductive polyester provides a filtration surface of 20,000 square centimeters, and the filtration efficiency is up to class H (0.3 microns) to prolong its service life and maintain the machine's Inhalation performance.

Cast aluminium suction port (Ø40mm) is installed under the filter bag, allowing it to vacuum  dust, liquid and solid materials without changing or taking out the filter

collection unit

The aspirated material is collected in a removable, wheel-mounted 304 stainless steel dust tank (60 liters) for easy and safe disposal of the collected material. All vacuum hoses and other accessories are made of conductive material and are safe and reliable.

The vacuum cleaner rests on a solid steel chassis with wheels, with two swivel casters, one of which has a foot brake. All bracket parts of the industrial vacuum cleaner are epoxy painted, and the whole machine is grounded and anti-static, safe and reliable
